About Us
Our Approach
We are passionate about physiotherapy, sport and general wellness. Our approach to every person is different; treatments are based solely on the individual and their specific condition.
Our approach to treatment is evidence-based. We are biological, not mechanical; our bodies are robust and can heal with appropriate exercise and load.

-
All pain is real, and your experience is valid
-
Pain is not an accurate measure of injury, but rather a measure of threat (perceived by the nervous system)
-
The tissues in our body respond to load and have the capacity for adaptation (given enough time)
-
A person's story is an integral part of the assessment of their pain
