Do you charge medical aid rates?

We are a cash-based practice and accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Our rates are in line with medical aid tariffs. Once payment has been made, you will receive an invoice that you can submit to your medical aid for reimbursement.

How do I fill out my details online?

After making your booking, you will receive an SMS with a link to My Grand Central (MyGC). Please follow the link to complete your personal details, medical aid information, and our electronic consent form before your appointment.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive on time for your appointment to allow for a full consultation. 
Our practice in Dainfern is located inside Virgin Active, upstairs above Dischem. If you are not a gym member, let the Virgin Active reception staff know you are visiting the physiotherapist. They will assist you in signing in as a guest using your ID number and contact details.

Is there anything I need to bring with?

If you have any referral letters, medical reports, or scans such as X-rays or MRIs, please bring them along to your appointment. This information helps us assess your condition thoroughly and develop an effective treatment plan. If we are treating your lower back or legs, please bring a pair of shorts for your comfort during the assessment and treatment.
